Tours of the school are available on a regular basis. Please call the school office at (713) 667-7030 to make a tour reservation.
In both its admission process and the implementation of its programs, St. Mark's Episcopal School seeks to provide educational opportunities in a nondiscriminatory manner without regard to race, color, religion, or national origin.

Inquiries for Admission
Inquiries for admission may be made directly to the Admissions Director by email or by phone at (713) 667-7030. An application packet and school catalog are available by calling or e-mailing the school. Applications are accepted year-round.

Admission Procedures
St. Mark's seeks to enroll well-motivated children capable of academic challenge. Applications are reviewed at enrollment time in January or as spaces become available with the earliest applications receiving first consideration. If a child is not accepted due to space limitations, the application is automatically placed with the applicants for the next school year. Applications are valid for one school year. Application is available to reprint on line.

Age Requirements
For the Preschool 2's classes must be 2 by September 1 to apply for this five-morning program. For the Preschool 3's classes - your child must be 3 by September 1 of the entering school year. For the Pre Kindergarten or 1st Grade classes - your child must be 4, 5, or 6 respectively, by September 1 of the entering school year.

Enrollment Dates
You will be informed of your child's eligibility for enrollment upon completion of all the application requirements by enrollment time or as classroom space comes available. More information is available in the application brochure. Priority consideration is given to siblings of current St. Mark's students and children of St. Mark's Episcopal Church members. The date of application and the need to balance classes by gender are of additional consideration.

December 3, 2007 - Deadline for all priority enrollment applicants, children of church members and siblings of current students.

March 14, 2008 - New enrollment contracts will be mailed for Preschool 2's thru 8th grade.

April 9, 2008 - New enrollment contracts due in school office.
