Welcome from the Head of School
Welcome to St. Mark’s Episcopal School!
St. Mark’s serves children in the primary grades through middle school, beginning at 18 month olds through 8th grade students. We strive to produce graduates who are mindful, active learners who embrace the challenges of a robust educational experience and are ethically and spiritually motivated to make a positive contribution to the community and the world.
It is an exciting time to be a part of the St. Mark’s community. Our campus, located in West University Place, is a second home to our families, where we work in partnership to prepare our children for the experiences and challenges that lie ahead.
When you enter our campus there is a palpable feeling of engagement that goes with being a small, connected community. Our talented team of teachers knows each student and takes pride in their ability to meet children where they are in the learning process.
As a private Christian school, we embrace our Episcopal identity, emphasizing the tradition of inclusion and open inquiry, while recognizing the religious pluralism of this country and welcoming students of all believs.
