Strategic Plan

Dear St. Mark’s Families,

I’m excited to share our new strategic plan, which was adopted by the Board of Trustees in August of this school year. 

Guided by our Episcopal identity and the enduring values that define us, this strategic plan charts a course for a vibrant and future-ready St. Mark’s—one where students are empowered to become their truest selves, learning is deeply personal and expansive, and every member of our community feels a sense of belonging and inspiration.

Over the next several years, we will advance four strategic pillars that reflect both who we are and who we are becoming:

Together, these pillars shape a vision for growth that is academically ambitious, spiritually grounded, and joyfully connected. They call us to imagine boldly, invest wisely, and lead with heart.

This is our invitation—to build a future where every St. Mark’s student thrives in mind, body, and spirit, and our mission endures for generations to come.
