Coach Volunteer Form

Parent volunteers as coaches are necessary for some lower school teams to be formed. As a volunteer coach you must follow competing organization's rules and regulations. Additionally, St. Mark’s requires the following certifications of its volunteer coaches.

1. CPR — 3 hour training (certification lasts for 2 years)
2. First Aid — 3 hour training (certification lasts for 2 years)
3. Safeguarding God’s Children — 3 hour training (certification lasts for 5 years)
4. An interview, background check, and references are a prerequisite to the training

To facilitate the training for our volunteer coaches, we will bring certified instructors to St. Mark’s. Please fill out a registration form for CPR and First Aid Class and Safeguarding God's Children Class. Six registrants are required for a class to be offered.
