Extended Care

The Before School program is offered to students in Preschool 3s through 8th grade. The Before School program provides adult supervision beginning at 7:00 AM for families who need to drop off children before our official arrival time of 7:40 AM. Any students who arrive before 7:40 AM who are not enrolled in Before Care will be sent to Before Care for a charge. Register online. For information about pricing, please visit our tuition page.

The Early Birds program is offered for students in Explorers and Seekers and Preschool 3s with older siblings arriving for the 8:00 AM arrival time. This program provides adult supervision beginning at 7:40 AM for families who qualify for Early Bird drop-off before their official arrival time of 8:30 AM. While registration for this program is not required, we ask that parents communicate with teachers if your student will be arriving to school early.

The After School program is available to all students needing daily or part-time after school care. The program includes snack time, outside recreation, homework time for Lower School and Middle School students, and informal inside activities for younger children. Monday through Friday enrollment is required for the Explorers, Seekers, and Preschool 3s; drop-ins are not allowed.

Daily care ends promptly at 6:00 PM, and parents will be charged $15 at 6:05 for late pick-up and then will be charged $2 per minute beginning at 6:06. A smart phone clock will be used to determine the exact time of pick-up. Parents who are consistently late for picking up children from After School will be subject to further fines and removal from the program at the discretion of the Director of Extended Programs.

We are excited to announce a new convenience option in 2024-2025: Breakfast! Now, you will no longer need to pack a breakfast or try to rush to prepare breakfast for your child as you’re getting ready to leave the house. Know your child will be well cared for and well fed right here at school. Roaring Mornings will start the first Monday of the school year: Monday, August 26, 2024. 

Weekly Menu:

• Daily: fruit cups, yogurt cups, cereal & milk

• Monday: ham, egg, & cheese croissant, or egg & cheese croissant

• Tuesday: bacon or potato, egg, & cheese breakfast taco, or egg & cheese breakfast taco

• Wednesday: scrambled eggs, turkey or pork sausage, and toast 

• Thursday: French toast and link sausage

• Friday veggie or bacon frittata

Serving Times by Grade Level:

To give students enough time to eat and get to class, students will need to finish their breakfast before heading to class. 

• For preschool 3s, students will be served from 7:00 AM until 8:20 AM. 

• For Pre-K through 4th graders, students will be served from 7:00 AM until 7:40 AM.

• For middle schoolers, students will be served from 7:00 AM until 7:40 AM.

Enrollment & Fees

The monthly costs are listed below and will post to your tuition management account. To withdraw from the program, a 30-day notice is required.

FEES

• Before Care without Breakfast: $75/month

• Before Care + Breakfast: $160/month 

• Middle School Student Breakfast: $85/month

Note: Like before and after care, due to varying days each month, the program will be billed 9 months of the year rather than the ten months of school.
