The St. Mark’s Episcopal School Admission Committee seeks to enroll well-motivated children who are a strong match for our academic programs. The admission process is designed to assess readiness and predict success of applicants while providing families and students an opportunity to explore the mission and goals of our private school. Priority consideration is given to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church members, siblings of current St. Mark’s students, and children of St. Mark’s alumni. The need to balance classes by gender is of additional consideration.
The Admission Office recommends prospective families submit an application for admission the fall preceding the year of intended enrollment. For this year's specific dates and deadlines, click here.
Admission decisions are not made based on application date, however it is important that families complete and submit an application by the January deadline to be considered in the first round of admission offers. Supplemental admission materials must be received by the February deadline at our office at: 3816 Bellaire Boulevard, Houston, TX 77025. The admission process for each grade is outlined below.
St. Mark’s Episcopal School admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
