Proceeds from the St. Mark’s Gala benefit special projects around campus. Funds from previous events have been earmarked for things like supplementing the Green for Green campaign for new turf, facility upgrades, keeping our campus secure, professional development, and our ongoing commitment to improving technology.
We will open our auction for bidding the week of the event. All parents can bid online, whether they attend or not. You must be present to bid on live auction items.
The BidPal system will text you when you have been outbid if you allow that feature. The auction will end at 10:00 PM that evening, and checkout is easy with Bidpal. You can email yourself a receipt through the app after the event has concluded.
We need lots of volunteers before, during, and after the event. If you are interested in helping with something specific, or want to get involved email Cecilia or Merrily.
The gala is scheduled for Friday, April 20, 2018 at the St. Regis Hotel, starting at 7:00 PM.
The St. Regis Hotel is offering a courtesy rate for St. Mark’s guests of $169 per night.
Reservations can be made through their toll-free number 1-888-627-8194 by asking for the courtesy room block of St. Mark's Episcopal School.

Yes! You will receive a link to register on BidPal a week before the event. Bidpal is our online mobile bidding software. You can enter your payment information and bid from your mobile phone, tablet, or computer. You must be present to bid on live auction items.
We would love to work with you! We have an in-kind agreement form that you can fill out with your information. We can offer auction donors visibility on our online auction as well as in our printed materials. Thank you for considering this important part of our event.
