The St. Mark's Portal holds everything from contacts to classes to calendars in one place with tools that allow you to easily filter and find what is most important to you. The Portal includes announcements and assignments, integrates athletics schedules, and has customized settings and calendars.
You will see a message stating “Your username is being converted to use Blackbaud ID with your email address. Click continue to sign in or create a new Blackbaud Account.” Click Continue.
Follow the instructions on the next page to create your password. You will be asked to confirm your account via a 6-digit code sent to your email. Once your account is confirmed, you can log into the St. Mark’s Portal using the email address and password you created.
Each parent in a household has his or her own Portal account provided parents have unique email addresses on record. To add or change a parent email address, or if an account has not been created with your email address, please contact a member of the Tech Team, by emailing helpdesk@stmes.org.
All school calendars are located on the new St. Mark's Portal. To reach the calendars on a desktop computer, you simply log in using instructions above, then click on Calendars just below the top of the page.
To filter calendars, select the colored boxes to the left of calendars names listed on the left side of the Calendar page. Hit the arrow to the right of a calendar name to show and filter sub calendars.
To subscribe to a web calendar feed, click on the ical button (shown here). You will be taken to a list of calendars. To add a calendar feed to your desktop calendar, click on the name of the calendar. If your calendar program doesn't automatically open, you may need to right click the calendar name to get the calendar feed link and then create a feed manually on your calendar program.
Note: it may take up to an hour for the calendar to correctly sync.
Mobile Device
To reach the calendars on a mobile device, log in using the instructions above. Once you have logged in, click on the mobile navigation (3 white bars at top of the page) and then click on Calendar. From here, you can click on Options to filter by student, date, event type, and much more. To subscribe to a web calendar feed, click on WebCal Feed in the options menu, then click on the link for the calendar to which you wish to subscribe.
Note: it may take up to an hour for the calendar to correctly sync.
All student and family information can be updated through the Portal. To access this information, click on your name in the top right corner of the Portal, and select Profile. On the Profile page you can update your personal contact info and emergency contact information.Desktop or Laptop Computer
